Rotary Steering System (2900SP)

Suitable for outboard engines up to 150HP, no-feedback, no nuts, quick connect, universal connector, can replace Teleflex, Multiflex and Uflex.

A mechanical steering system (or packaged mechanical steering system) consists of following products:
Steering helm
Steering cable
Bezel kit
Steering wheel(other patterns can be selected)

All the above products can also be supplied individually.

Moreflex steering system is applicable for outboard engine up to 115HP, no nuts, quick connect, no feedback.

Steering helm: Planetary design
Lock to lock steering wheel turns: 3.5 approx.
Standard 3/4 tapered shaft.
It takes zinc alloy with copper, higher strength and more durable.
Bezel kit is supplied with the helm.



Steering cable
Internal line elasticity: Soft and flexible, recoverable.
Storke: 228mm (9 inches).
Minimum bend radius: 200mm(8 inches).
Maximum working load at tiller end: 5500n.
Cable outer diamerter: 15.6mm.
Spiral inner cable diameter: 8mm.
Output end is in stainless steel and corrosion resisting material.
Cable length: 5-30 feet(or longer).
